In the New Testament, Jesus identified SATAN as the Father of Lies! Even if you are NOT religious, I am sure you would not appreciate someone (or agency) trying to get the better of you by deliberately DECEIVING YOU!!!
What if the above-captioned "suspect" in question was 'messing-with' YOUR hard-earned money? What if the same deceiver was doing it also to your friends, relatives & close acquaitances? Wouldn't you want to put a stop to such a robber - a plague on the humanity that you are familiar with??? What if this robber turned out to be an agency called the Internal Revenue Service, at your disservice??? AND what if the robber didn't even bother giving ANY of the money back to the "club" that you and your friends and relatives belonged to ~ the united States of America?!? WOULDN'T ALL THIS MAKE YOU VERY VERY UPSET?
This HIGHWAY-ROBBERY has been going onsince the 1940s. But surely you must be very puzzled? How could such a thing happen without our courts & congress doing anything about it?

What do income tax researchers find when they begin to 'chizzle-away' at the INTERNAL REVENUE CODE in relation to your liability? The short answer is WORD-GAMES!!!
AND THEY ARE VERY GOOD AT THESE GAMES - WITH INTENTION TO DECEIVE...YOU, JOHN Q. TAX PAYER (not taxpayer!) AND how do you prove such an outrageous claim? SIMPLE! Just read the INTERNAL REVENUE CODE and break the code!!!
Let's start with a simple question: WHERE DO YOU WORK?
Did you know that if you did not work for the Federal Government, or are not a citizen of theFederal District of Columbia, or do not live on Federal land, BUT DO LIVE within the 50 states & work in private business...
GUESS WHAT???
YOU HAVE NO FEDERAL INCOME...THEREFORE...
YOU HAVE NO FEDERAL INCOME TAX!!!
Did anyone ever discuss how important WHERE you work is? But there is more....like the WORD GAMES:
The words United States equals not united States of America (the Union of States.) [[THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!]]
When the IRS code defines something, IT SAYS WHAT IT MEANS AND MEANS WHAT IT SAYS....You simply have to understand how they apply the definitions (the codes.) UNITED STATES really means STATE (cf. Section 7701 (a)10) in the below linked reference, where the STATE = The District of Columbia.
What about the expression: "united States of America" with a samllcase 'u' in united? ANSWER: As per Article 4, Section 4, of the Constitution, each state is an independent republic. [The Federal Government, the UNITED STATES, which we have learned, equals STATE, which equals the District of Columbia, was to be the 'SERVANT' of the Union of States (the united States of America,) and not the 'MASTER!'
Due to a combination of ignorance, neglect, and very slick deception, the Federal Government is dictating "their" truth to the united States of America. [If you do not fully understand this last sentence, please review the essay until it FULLY SINKS IN....NOW, LET'S CONTINUE....]]
THE SIGNIFICANCE OF STARS:
The District of Columbia does not have a star on the flag, so it is NOT a part of the Union of States (the united States of America.) The citizens of the Federal District (of Columbia) do NOT have the protection of the Constitution or Bill of Rights...so the BIG QUESTION: Are YOU an employee subject to the income tax???
The ANSWER to the above question is addressed in Section 3401 (c) of the code which defines EMPLOYEE thusly:
"For purposes of this chapter, the term 'employee' includes an officer, employee, or elected official of the United States [[notice the capital 'U']], a State, or any political subdivision thereof, or the District of Columbia, or any other agency or instrumentality of any one or more of the foregoing. The term 'employee' also includes an officer of a corporation."
The below link goes on to detail some necessary concepts, such as...TO BE AN "EMPLOYEE" - you have to work for the government, or be an officer of a corporation - BUT -
even the word "CORPORATION" means (code) according to Section 7701 (a) (3):
"includes associations, joint-stock companies, and insurance companies."
The below link also divulges another important point: the corporation (subject to tax) must be formed in, doing business in, or receiving income from - the District of Columbia (otherwise it is considered to be a "foreign" corporation)! AND according to the link below, this also solves the problem (code) of the "officer of the corporation" in the "EMPLOYEE" definition.
TALK ABOUT PLAYING WORD GAMES?!?

"Trade or Business. - The term 'trade or business' includes the performance of the function of a PUBLIC office." {{The below link emphasized the word "PUBLIC".}}

Believe me, it will not be easy to rectify either one.]]
As I write this short expose (March of 2002) ~ Bob Schulz of WE THE PEOPLE FOUNDATION is trying to focus on the first problem, mentioned above, which, according to his website, www.givemeliberty.org THAT THE IRS ~~ by not publically answering the list of grievances of the citizens of the united States of America on February 27th, 2002, in Washington D.C., created a situation tantamount to a CONSTITUTIONAL CRISIS!!!
If the IRS, a branch of the EXECUTIVE BRANCH, is somehow extending its branch into the pockets of the citizens of the untied States of America - UNCONSTITUTIONALLY - using word-games with the intent of deceit, then it may be high time for the citizens of these same untied States of America to truncate that branch ASAP!
